A download link will be emailed to the address you used on checkout. If you created an account you can also download the summary from your account page.
This depends on the payment gateway you used. If you’ve paid with a credit card, instant EFT, SnapScan or Bitcoin, you should receive the email within a few minutes (usually within seconds). Normal EFTs have to be approved manually, and can take up to three hours during business hours. After hours and on weekends it could take up to 24 hours.
Please login to your account using the email you entered at checkout (https://studentsummaries.co.za/my-account/). You can download the summary from your account. If you forgot your password you can reset it using the link provided on the login page. Also, please check your spam folder for our emails!

Yes. As described in our terms and conditions:
“This guarantee only applies to summaries that specifically mention this guarantee.  To qualify for the refund a written request must be sent to help@studentsummaries.co.za detailing why you are not satisfied with the particular summary.  Only serious requests will be considered. This request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the summary to qualify for a refund.”
